Position: Art Director

Location: London, Clerkenwell EC1

Salary: Competitive

OJO Images Ltd, a leading Stock Photography Agency specialising in the creation of Royalty Free and Rights Managed stills imagery, is seeking an Art Director to join its expanding content creation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conception and execution of the creative image content.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, produce, art direct and edit highly commercial content for all collections within the company’s Image brands.
• Price and negotiate budgets for shoot productions.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the photographic community and source new photographic talent.
• Develop and maintain relationships with photographers who are funding their own productions. Art Direct and edit the content generated from this relationship.
• International travel involved.

Requirements:

• You will need to have a minimum of 3 years Art Direction experience.
• Your portfolio must demonstrate an in depth understanding of commercial imagery with high production values and strong creative integrity.
• You must have experience of pricing and negotiating budgets for large photographic productions.
• You will bring with you a broad and established contact list from across the industry.
• Great communication skills and an enthusiasm to become an integral part of a talented and passionate team.
